Every service below has a written scope. You see the list of tasks before you agree to anything, and the list does not change without both parties signing off.
Maid service
The same person, every week
Regular household help on a fixed monthly agreement. One assigned person covering the whole home: floors, surfaces, kitchen, bathrooms and tidying.
Villa turnover cleaning
Guest out, guest in, nothing missed
Between-guest cleaning for holiday lets and short rentals. Full reset, linen change and a ready-for-arrival check, billed per turnover.
Deep cleaning
The clean behind the clean
A one-off intensive clean that reaches what weekly housekeeping does not. Move-in, move-out, post-construction and end-of-season.
Office and commercial cleaning
Clean before the doors open
Scheduled cleaning for offices, shops, guesthouses and restaurants, worked around your opening hours.
What sits outside the package
These sit outside the standard package and are priced separately. We list them openly rather than leaving you to discover the gap later.
Laundry and ironing
Washing, drying, folding and ironing. Priced by load or by the hour, added to your weekly visit.
Window and glass cleaning
Interior windows, glass panels and accessible exterior glass. Usually scheduled monthly rather than weekly.
Kitchen and dishwashing
Dishes, cutlery, pots, utensils and full kitchen surface cleaning, beyond the standard dusting scope.

Enquiry
Tell us the property type, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, how often you want us, and any add-ons you need.
- Step 02
Site visit and quote
We come to the property, agree the scope and the hours in person, and give you a fixed rate. The visit and the quote are free.
- Step 03
Written agreement
Duties, exclusions, hours, day and rate are put in writing and signed by both sides. Nothing changes without mutual agreement.
- Step 04
Service starts
Your assigned cleaner arrives on the agreed day and works to the agreed scope. Same person, same schedule, every week.
