K-Jay Prime Ltd is based in Beau Bassin and works across Plaines Wilhems and Moka, the towns where most of Mauritius actually lives and works.
We place domestic and cleaning staff into private homes and business premises. What makes that different from the person your neighbour recommends is the paperwork behind it.
Every placement starts with a site visit and ends with a signed agreement. That document names the duties included, names the duties excluded, fixes the hours and the day, and sets the rate. Nothing changes unless both sides agree in writing.
Our cleaners are employed, not informally engaged. They receive payslips, statutory leave, public holidays and the notice periods Mauritian employment law requires. Their hours are capped at the agreed figure, and extra hours are agreed and paid properly.
That matters to us, and it increasingly matters to clients. When you hire us you are not quietly inheriting someone else's employment risk.

Written agreements
Every placement is governed by a signed document setting out the duties, the exclusions, the hours and the rate. No verbal arrangements.
Legally employed staff
Our cleaners receive payslips, statutory leave, public holidays and proper notice periods under Mauritian employment law.
Confidentiality
Staff may not disclose, photograph, record or share anything about your household, its occupants or their belongings.
Care of your property
Staff take reasonable care of the property, furniture and appliances, and report any damage or breakage to you immediately.
Four steps to a fixed schedule

Enquiry
Tell us the property type, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, how often you want us, and any add-ons you need.
- Step 02
Site visit and quote
We come to the property, agree the scope and the hours in person, and give you a fixed rate. The visit and the quote are free.
- Step 03
Written agreement
Duties, exclusions, hours, day and rate are put in writing and signed by both sides. Nothing changes without mutual agreement.
- Step 04
Service starts
Your assigned cleaner arrives on the agreed day and works to the agreed scope. Same person, same schedule, every week.
